Message states that the user is already logged into the system but the user cannot log in.

How to clear a user who can't login: 

Clear this user as follows:

1. Log into the Administrator Module
2. Select Tools > Manage Users.
   
    
3. Highlight the user who can't log in, then click Clear Login.
